Domestic Shipping (within the United States)
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States, excluding engines, hulls, and complete skis
- Shipping for oversized items such as Hulls, Engines, and complete skis will be calculated after the order is received and a quote provided to customer prior to fulfilling the order. This is to allow us to source the most cost-effective shipping quotes.
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard shipping delivery times vary but generally take 3-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and can be selected during the checkout process.
- We proudly offer international shipping to our valued customers worldwide.
- Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we aim to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order. All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
- Custom orders such as Engines, Hulls, or Complete skis are final.
- There is no refund or exchange on electrical parts; all sales are final.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or incorrect item.
- Once we receive the item, we will promptly send out a replacement.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs provided by Freestyle Connection, LLC.
